Rainforest Sites of Significance
Youngs Creek & Clearwater Creek

This map shows clearly that there has already been extensive logging within the Youngs Creek-Aire River Rainforest Site of National Significance, with more logging planned. There has been some logging within the Clearwater Creek Rainforest Site of State Significance, with more planned. It appears that the classification of a Rainforest Site of Sinificance, has no bearing on the government's plans to clearfell log forest.
